Balianta/31.01.2018:Block level RTI workshop was conducted at Block conference hall Balianta on date 31.01.2018. 51 participants were present in the workshop. Arati Sahu, OAS, Block Development Officer inaugurated the workshop by lighting the candle. Sri Barada Prasanna Das, DI&PRO, Bhubaneswar had presented the key notes and cited the objectives of RTI and its usability.

In the meanwhile Block Development Officer, Balianta Arati Sahu cited how the Act has formulated and enacted forcefully throughout the nation. She also briefed that, “in a third party clause whatever the information/intimation should be reached to the client within the stipulated time frame”. Since This section is sensitive among others for all the information seeker and Public Authority. She also said RTI CMM is a good IT for RTI segment.

There after Mr Horsha Parichha from Luminous Infoways made a presentation of RTI online portal. It is a facility to file RTI applications online with the provision to make payment of RTI fees through e-Payment gateway system. He also cited total rules and regulation of the Act. Thereafter some of the participant put their question on RTI Act and Mr. Parichha clarified technically.
